RETURN POLICY

We are a small, independent garden shop, while we want you to always love your purchase, we realize that sometimes things don’t work out.

  • All plants are final sale.

  • All seasonal and sale merchandise is final sale.

  • Non-seasonal, full price, pots, hard goods and gift items in new condition may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.

  • All returns are made in the method of payment.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Plants may not be returned or exchanged in any circumstance.

  • Seasonal and sale merchandise is final sale.

  • Non-seasonal, full price, pots, hard goods and gift items in new condition may be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase.

PLANT WARRANTY

Plants die. There are hundreds of reasons why a plant may die that may or may not be your fault. We receive no credit or warranty for any plant that dies from our wholesalers.

  • There is no warranty on house plants, annuals, herbs or vegetables.

  • There is no warranty on any sale or discounted plants.

  • Any tree, shrub or perennial planted in a container or raised bed is not warrantied.

  • Plants that die due to neglect, including inadequate watering, severe weather or improper herbicide use are not warrantied.

  • There is a one-time, one-year 50% replacement warranty on trees, shrubs, roses and perennials that were purchased at full price.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase and bring in the dead plant to receive a warranty replacement plant at 50% off current retail price. The replacement plant must be from our current inventory and may not be the exact same plant that died.

GIFT CARDS

We offer Forest Flower Gift Cards in any denomination $10 or greater.

  • Gift Cards do not expire.

  • Gift Cards may be used like cash to purchase any merchandise.

  • Any return paid with a Gift Card will be refunded to that same Gift Card.
